Training is Crucial in your Home Based Business!

Have you heard of the 80 / 20 rule?

Of the total ammount of time that you have set aside to work your business, 80% of your time should be actively working, whether that is prospecting, writing articles, or whatever your activity is in your business.

20% of that time should be spent in some sort of personal development training.

I like to listen to a CD while I am doing the laundry, or cleaning house - (it makes those mundane jobs a little easier!)

Or listen to them while you are driving to town, mowing the lawn, or doing any activity that doesn't require a lot of concentration..

If you are fortunate enough to be able to go to a live event or personal development training, then take advantage of it. If you take note of all the successful home business owners, most of them have been to live training events.

The benefit of attending an event for me, was the fact that I had several days of absorbing and immersing myself in intense personal development without the interuptions of family and daily life...

It was a huge benefit for both my family and my business..

My life has changed in so many ways since I have begun my entrepreneurial journey...

I have learned how to communicate better with my kids and husband. It has changed the way I look at life and at other people and their needs.

It is truly what God has brought into my life and I am so grateful!

There are also a lot of free websites to tap into for training with recorded call vaults. Your network marketing company or upline may provide you with training and support, tap into it!

And if they do not have training, we will be adding personal development videos from time to time that you can tap into, but also just google 'personal development youtube' and you will be amazed at what comes up for you...
